If you like being near everything while feeling like you are far away from everything, this is the bungalow for you. Spend your lazy days at the beach and later stroll into town to enjoy shopping, cocktails and dinner.

Town + Bay is a 1700 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with outdoor shower. Built in 1935, this Arts & Crafts Bungalow is stocked with a tasteful blend of vintage and updated furnishings in serene colors, with abundant light, lack of clutter, as well as plenty of comfortable places to read, reflect, and recharge.

A block from beautiful bay beach, 7 minute walk to town and ferry to Shelter Island, near all the vineyards. Private parking space and everything you need; grocery store, liquor stores, shopping, restaurants, etc are all short walk away. Optional: Groceries can be waiting for you upon arrival.
